Saw the Adventure Time genderswap episode. Leaving the weird ending aside, it was everything I hoped it would be and I only wish there really were a show like that with a cheerful, confident heroine who goes on wacky adventures fighting queens and eyeball monsters and wouldn’t mind dating a prince but it’s not the biggest thing for her or anything.
And then I realized no one would ever really make that show, and Adventure Time would never have been made into a series if it starred Fiona and Cake. And then I was just kind of depressed.
That awkward moment when you realize that you just got trolled by a little kid’s show….
…anyone who watched the episode of Adventure Time where they changed all the character’s genders knows what I’m talking about. Yup, that last scene…the writers totally trolled us.
